Which Sync'Em license do I need?

Note: not all the Sync'Em capabilities are currently available — see our Product Roadmap for details.

Use the form below to determine the minimum Sync'Em license required for a given syncing configuration. Our illustrated Example Sync'Em Syncing Configurations provide additional details.

Supply the applicable quantities then press the "Which Sync'Em license do I need for this?" button. Do this once for each syncing configuration of interest.

On one Mac, I want to be able to sync:

Contacts ...
in Apple Address Book group(s) on the same Mac — count each Address Book group you want to sync in your User account and, if applicable, also count those in other sync'd Users' accounts on that same Mac
in personal contact folder(s) within Exchange accounts — count each contact folder you want to sync within each Exchange account
in contact group(s) within Google accounts — count each contact group you want to sync within each Google account
in other Macs' Apple Address Book group(s) — count each Address Book group in your User account on each of the other Macs and, if applicable, also count those in other sync'd Users' accounts on those Macs
Calendar events ...
in iCal calendar(s) on the same Mac — count each named iCal calendar you want to sync in your User account and, if applicable, also count those in other sync'd Users' accounts on that same Mac
in calendar folder(s) within Exchange accounts — count each calendar folder you want to sync within each Exchange account
in calendar(s) within Google accounts — count each named calendar you want to sync within each Google account
in other Macs' iCal calendar(s) — count each named iCal calendar in your User account on each of the other Macs and, if applicable, also count those in other sync'd Users' accounts on those Macs
Tasks ...
in iCal calendar(s) on the same Mac — count each named iCal calendar you want to sync in your User account and, if applicable, also count those in other sync'd Users' accounts on that same Mac
in calendar folder(s) within Exchange accounts — count each calendar folder you want to sync within each Exchange account
in other Macs' iCal calendar(s) — count each named iCal calendar in your User account on each of the other Macs and, if applicable, also count those in other sync'd Users' accounts on those Macs
Notes ...
in Apple Mail application(s) on the same Mac — count one for your User account and, if applicable, also add one for each of the other sync'd Users' accounts on that Mac
in notes folder(s) within Exchange accounts — count each notes folder you want to sync within each Exchange account
in notebook(s) within Google accounts — count each named notebook you want to sync within each Google account
in other Macs' Apple Mail application(s) — count one for your User account on each of the other Macs and, if applicable, also add one for each of the other sync'd Users' accounts on those Macs

Note: Syncing with information sources located other Macs and/or in other Users' accounts requires the other Mac's administrator and/or other User(s) to setup and provide an authorization code to allow such syncing.
