Sync'Em Product Roadmap
This is a "living page" and is updated to reflect the current status (it is also the development team's overview).
The following table shows the current ordering and timing for the capabilities being added to Sync'Em. Bugs are always fixed as they are identified.
| Development Item | Schedule Status |
|---|---|
|
| |
| finished the Setup assistant — the setup assistant now completely replaces the Advanced Setup interface and should enable anyone to easily utilize all the advanced Sync'Em capabilities | done v1.30 2009-06-11 |
| add the Exchange Meeting Agent to check Exchange for meetings and respond directly via Exchange | done: v1.32 2009-07-15 |
| add support for Google calendar events |
done: v1.40 2009-08-28 |
| 2010-02 : Because OS X 10.6's ability to sync with Exchange has significantly reduced the market for Sync'Em, Sync'Em will remain at it's current level of development and no additional capabilities will be added unless by paid contract. However, Sync'Em will remain available as there are still usage scenarios that only Sync'Em can provide and people still find it useful in those scenarios. |
